Decent Stay with a Few Downsides
attentive staff convenient location outdated room distant beach
I really liked that the staff was super attentive! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. It was worth every penny. A quick Grab ride got me right in the heart of the action for endless restaurants.
The room I had could use a little updating, I think.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Ao Nang beach. I found it easy to reach nearby massage places and shops. The villas were beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The pool view room was very enjoyable.
I found the breakfast to be not very tasty.

the hotel breakfast had a good variety including delicious fruit selections. i appreciated the free water and the refill option. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. the shuttle service to points of interest was convenient.
i had to ask multiple times to get room towels, after they took away our towels without replacement.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach, about 15 minutes. That makes it very accessible. several restaurants are nearby the hotel. this provides many dining options without traveling too far.

the staff members were always very accommodating, offering assistance whenever needed. the shuttle service to the beach was on time and efficient. i did appreciate the staff's help with arranging local transportation.
